Each year, Greenfish launches it’s Greenfish Young Potentials Program and welcomes 20 to 25 of the best young graduates in August, September, October and November.
During the course of one year, you will get the essential trainings and immersion in our amazing support network of bright engineers while doing exciting projects, necessary to successfully kick-off and build your career as a Greenfish Junior Consultant.

As a consultant at Greenfish, you will have the opportunity to start your professional career, embedded in an ecosystem of like-minded individuals that are driven by a common goal: sustainability. It’s the challenging projects, the community events, trainings and personal initiatives that set the pace for our Greenfish atmosphere.  With access to our Greenfish Academy trainings and an individual Career path, you will work on challenging projects that positively impact our society, with team members from many different backgrounds. As a company that invests in knowledge and know how, your continuous personal development is the key to our success.

Through different conversations and assessment exercises, we would like to learn about your personal drive and your motivation to join Greenfish. At the same time, these will give you the chance to get to know our people and our Greenfish culture.

During the current situation, we have adapted our recruitment process:

  • First round with Human Capital (remotely via a digital application)
  • Second round with Business Management (remotely via a digital application)
  • Third round: Meeting in our Brussels office with both our Business Managers and consultants (face-to-face)
    It is very important for us to meet all of our Young Potentials face to face. This is the reason why the final round will be planned as soon as the current lock down will be cancelled. We hope you understand that this will make our recruitment process a bit longer than usual.
