Each year, Greenfish organizes its Greenfish Young Potential Program (GYPP), a one-year program for newly hired graduates to take part in diverse and exciting engineering projects to successfully kick-off and build their career as a Greenfish Junior Consultant.

With our GYPP, we aim to ensure that young graduates begin their professional life in the best way possible and that they can smoothly integrate into the company. They will be able to experience our corporate culture, understand our values and become familiar with our activities, while developing their soft and hard skills. In addition, this program will allow them to create a network within our Greenfish ecosystem and to position themselves better in the job market.

The program is designed to provide a strong foundation for a role within our activities and will challenge our Junior Consultants with a combination of on-the-job learning experiences, networking events, and technical and management trainings. Throughout this program, our newcomers are supported and assisted by experienced consultants with a mentorship program. By the end of the one-year program, we will be able to complement their personal interests and experience with diverse projects within Greenfish and with our clients.

Are you a young graduate interested in these fields and do you want to positively impact your career?

To participate in the GYPP, sign up for one of our Assessment Days! Through different assessment exercises, this day will allow us to learn about your personal drive and motivation to join Greenfish. At the same time, it will give you a sense of our Greenfish culture. The assessment consists of a case study in a group, a logical test, a technical interview and an interview with one of our Business Managers. The goal is also to give you the opportunity to showcase your initiative, your team spirit and your skills at work.

This year, the Assessment Days will take place:

  • March 20, 22 and 27, 2018, from 13:45 to 18:30
  • April 3, 10, 12 and 19, 2018, from 13:45 to 18:30

At the end of these Assessment Days, the 20 young graduates that present the best fit with Greenfish will be selected to take part in our GYPP, and will be offered a permanent contract.
