This information concerns data which is relevant and necessary to our goal – to place you. We guarantee that this information will be treated in a faithful and legal manner.

You have the right to be allowed access to your information. In accordance with the law, we guarantee your right to receive details of the information held within no more than 45 days following your request. If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask for the correction or removal of this information. The information you provide will be stored at our offices on our internal database “ADAPT”, Brussels. The database is accessed and used by our staff only and all access managed by Green recruitment, 145 rue de Gatti de Gamont to our computer network and our database system is password protected. We have technical and organizational security measures in place to ensure the protection of your information against deliberate or accidental manipulation, destruction, loss or unauthorized access.

Updating of your information and data retention

We require you to update the personal information you have provided to us, whenever this information changes, by contacting one of our consultants. We are reliant on you supplying us with a factually accurate and complete picture of yourself, your experience and requirements. We will keep your details on our database in order to inform you of job opportunities that we think may be of interest to you in the future.

However, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and/or consistent.

We require you to help us to keep this information up-to-date and to inform us at such point as you wish your data to be removed. If you do not wish us to continue to hold your information, you can request this from Green recruitment 145 Rue de Gatti de Gamont 1180 Bxl, in writing, dated, signed and accompanied by a copy of your ID-Card. We will remove your information from the database upon request and send you proof that it has been removed within 30 days following your request.
