As construction consultant at Greenfish, you will be working on various assignments. Duties and responsibilities include:

- Budget planning and follow-up.
- Closely tracking your project(s) status.
- Handling quality and safety related issues.
- Proposing technical advice: calculations, trouble shooting, alternative solutions, price comparisons, etc.
- Follow-up of site works.
- You will engage in external communication with clients, suppliers, study offices, (sub)-contractors, architects, etc.
- You are responsible, together with your team, for each phase of the project implementation.

Profile

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Construction.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in the field of construction or building systems.
- Experience in residential, tertiary, infrastructure or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of special techniques (HVAC, Electricity, sanitary, etc.) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of building related tools (ASHRAE, BREEAM, LEED, HQE, Amure/Ureba, TRNSys, PowerBuilder, DesignBuilder, PHPP, Revit, etc.) is a bonus.
- Effective organizational and time management skills as an essential basis for handling multiple projects simultaneously.

As Energy Consultant at Greenfish, you will be working on various assignments. Duties and responsibilities include:

- Deliver engineering and consulting services during the development and execution of renewable energy projects in Belgium and/or abroad.
- Work on different kinds of energies (solar, biomass, wind, cogeneration, district heating, geothermal energy, etc.)
- Manage and monitor the planning, the budget, the safety aspects and the technical quality of the project.
- Lead energy efficiency audits on industrial sites and look for energy saving opportunities.
- Participate in projects regarding the distribution, transport or storage of energy (smart grids, demand response, etc.)
- Engage in external communication with clients, suppliers, study offices, (sub)-contractors, etc.

Profile

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering with specialization in Energy, or related (electromechanics, electricity, bio-engineering, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in the field of energy.
- Experience in solar, biomass, wind, cogeneration or other energy production technologies.
- Knowledge of energy norms or frameworks (EN16247, ISO 50001, Accord de Branche, AMURE, Esco, Energiebeleidsovereenkomst, etc.) is a bonus.

- Projects can be of different scopes: process engineering, project management, instrumentation, production management, electricity engineering, etc.

Profile

- You have a “Continuous Improvement” mentality.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in utilities and process in an industrial environment.
- Experience in PID’s, piping, pumps, compressors, E&I, automation, thermodynamics, etc.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, change management, LEAN and Green manufacturing is a strong asset.

As QHSE Consultant at Greenfish, you will be working on various assignments. Duties and responsibilities include:

- Environmental audits and due diligences.
- Safety management.
- Preparation of integrated management systems in order to allow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certifications.
- Management of regulatory affairs (REACH, SVHC, GHS, SDS, etc.)
- Quality assurance and control.
- Fire safety control and management.
- Follow-up of site works regarding safety, security and environmental point of view.

Profile
